A little context for this:
Oniisama is the respectful way of saying "big brother," as I'm sure many of you know. That's something Frisk calls St.Papyrus, along with "Anija" [as per his request] in my Japanese texts, though I write her as saying "brother dearest" in English.
"Oniichama" is the very kawaii babyish way some younger siblings call their older brothers, especially if they want to be affectionate [and yes of course the R34 version exists too]. "Chama" is baby language for the honorific "sama."
Because it's such an lovey dovey-love me big brother I'm your baby sister- way of addressing him, St.Papyrus soooooometimes wants to hear it from the always serious uber formal Frisk [who doesn't let him spoil her as much as he'd like].
As most people know by now, I script 99% of comics in Japanese [St.Frisk's level of formality just doesn't exist in English], then translate to English as I go. So dumb shit like this pops up as I go sometimes.

I scrolled down and saw “St Frisk”, I thought “Why would someone call Frisk a saint (sure people think Frisk is a angel, especially compared to Chara ((I don’t think that way, I like Chara better than Frisk)?” Then I noticed it said SecuriTale, “so THAT’S what it meant by St Frisk”.
